This ad is saying that all the "perfect" bodies you see in the media are fake. Every body is the perfect body. There is no one perfect body there is many. Everyone is unique and everyone's body should be accepted and considered perfect because every body type is the perfect body.

Everyone has the right to love and embrace their body, regardless of shape, size, ethnicity or ability.

The is a photo of a pawn and king. It shows that us human are beautiful the way we are. When we look in a mirror we tend to not see a beautiful girl/boy, we see the negatives which this photo demonstrates with it having a king in real life and then mirror having a pawn.
