         <description><![CDATA[<p>I know that acids have a ph balance of 5 or lower and the more lower they are  the more acidic it is. I also know that bases are from 5-14 on the ph scale and the higher the number the more it is a base for example cleaning fluids</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Where a substance is on the pH scale says how many hydrogen atoms are concentrated in that substance. If a substance is more acidic, it has more hydrogen atoms.  The pOH measurement indicates how many hydroxide atoms a substance has. The pH and pOH scales added together must equal 14.</p>]]></description>
