While going through tests, she realizes that she doesn't have as much physical strength as some of the other initiates. Evidently, Tris knows that she doesn't belong in the dauntless faction because of her in exclusive test results. She continues to work harder each day, and finally she exceedingly improves. She lives in a futuristic dystopia of Chicago. When she turns 16, she must take a test that tells her what faction is the one for her. Each faction available for her to choose is dauntless, which is bravery, Erudite, which is knowledge, Abnegation, which is sacrifice, Amity, which is friendship, and Candor which is known for honesty.
