We organise activities such as tree-planting activities to increase green cover and absorb carbon dioxide to mitigate the greenhouse effect.

We also run awareness campaigns to educate the public about climate change and sustainable living, such as utilising social media platforms to spread the importance of climate change.

A challenge is a lack of cooperation from the public, some of which are unwilling to change their behaviours and adopt a sustainable lifestyle.

Some of us, particularly the non-governmental organisations (NGOs) lack the resources and funding necessary to carry out our plans.

some actions that us companies are currently taking include switching to more sustainable energy such as solar energy and hydropower energy. we will abide to any laws established by the government to help save the environment. we will make the effort to reduce any unnecessary waste by reducing plastic usage and turning to using recyclable packaging.

some challenges i face is that having to switch to more sustainable choices require a larger sum of money, which will ultimately reduce my profit, making my business less sustainable. additionally, this would increase my product prices and lead to less sales.

enforce laws like forcing companies to put the tick water or electricity ticks

reduce plastic waste by forcing supermarket to charge 5c for plastic bags

challenges are: people may not be happy with the laws we implement and increased costs of everyday items

i am doing a myriad of actions which include one of which is a great plan to address climate change due to a magnitude of ways that not only address climate change but combat and change the consumer behaviours and inspire other not only us to help in the uphill battle against climate change. I believe that the best method for combating the ongoing constant battle with climate change is by helping people jump on the green bandwagon, not only ensuring our abilities are being put to use in addressing this issue of utmost importance but also ensuring the future of mankind continues to strive and follow in our footsteps, continuing our fight against climate change as a marathon, not a sprint.

personal opinion: i am appalled by how some companies dare, how could they go against their own words. great Thunberg is a great influence. As the great Thunberg once said 'it is disgusting that these adults refuse to take actions, forcing children like me to stop going to school to clean up the mess theyve created!'. Another quote by the great ghandi 'the earth provides enough for every mans needs, not every mans greeds.' The earth is in shambles, we have pushed her to her knees, scraping on everything to support the monstrosity that mankind has created. The amount of rubbish in the pacific ocean is the size of 2000 singapores! If we do not take action in this instance, 2022 will not be the hottest year in the history of the world anymore, and it will continue to increase in the future. We should all take Bhutan as a leader, being the first carbon negative nation. These are some actions that i am currently taking that may help to address climate change.

Through the collective actions of all youths making changes to their daily life habits, we can reduce the onset of climate

change. Some habits we have incorporated into our daily lives are to not turn on the lights when not using, making sure to only use sufficient water. As youths, we can also participate in climate change advocacy campaigns such as advocating using social media to reach a larger group of people, spreading the message of what they can do to mitigate climate change.

A challenge is that we were all taught that small actions make a big difference, but due to the quick progression of climate change, these actions may not have a big impact in a short period of time so we need to do more impactful actions that can help mitigate the current problems we are facing.
