In his video that he created he is very well spoken and the information he is delivering is very clear to the listener and shows his understanding of the situation analysis very well. However I think that some improvements that he could make are making his visuals more colourful and adding some. He had a minute left to expand on any points so I feel he could have added more information.

For Ethan’s first info graphic he gave a good description and showed a good understanding of his business regarding the marketing mix. However he could have added some more colour and pictures to make it more aesthetically pleasing.

For the second infographic Ethan used a lot of colour and photos making it intriguing to look at. He included good information about his business and showed a good understanding of the customer oriented marketing strategy. However he could have added some more information.

The first infographic shows a good understanding of what it was asked and also shows good research within Tommy Hilfigher’s situation analysis with some relevant points. The information on this infographic is pretty straightforward and he’s used good business terminology. However maybe some pictures related to the brand could have been added to help entice the reader.

In his second infographic it looks very aesthetically pleasing by the use of color and other elements, information is also displayed in a pretty straightforward way making It easy to understand the content.

Ethan’s video is well made and he has clearly spent a lot of time researching as it is very informative within the analysis of Tommy Hilfigher. The speaking is at a good pace and also clear. He has supported his arguments with good terminology and its easy to follow.

Specifically, the first one as I used a black and white colour scheme where one closer to the second one may have been more suitable. However I believe they contrast well. I could decrease the amount of writing I have on the infographic to make it more appealing to people looking towards it. In my video I believe I could have done similar to my thought for the infographics with reducing the number of words on each page to make it more of a snap shot of information and say more over the top in the voice recording. I also think I should have gone into a bit more detail in the video, specifically with porters 5 forces just solidify my understanding of the topic and as proof of research.
