Cause I do always give my student rights to give a feedback to each other, as a part of learning part activity.

I do always remind my self to always seeking and thirst all of the 5C Cikal

Comprehensive concept is something i need to work more because to make my own self or student build a comprehensive understanding is quiet hard, and i still need to keep improve and learn

I myself do Comprehensive Concept and Community Context. I'm a believer of the "why" learning method and I always try to find connection of the thing I'm learning to the usage in the community.

I think I can improve on applying Constructive Continuity. I feel a good circular feedback method can help not only in learning but so many other things.

I want my students to take responsibility for completing the task, and also want them to improve and develop their skills.

For the future I will apply Community Context, Comprehensive Context, Challenges Choices in the future classes

• Creative and Critical Thinking → Saya sudah melakukannya dalam konteks pekerjaan/studi, misalnya saat mencari cara baru untuk menyampaikan materi agar lebih menarik. Saya melakukannya karena ingin meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dan memudahkan siswa memahami.

Community context: Bagaimana cara kita bisa mengembangkan diri dengan komunitas di sekitar kita, hal ini bertujuan untuk mengenal satu dgn lainnya dan juga untuk belajar menjalin komunikasi agar lebih baik lagi kedepannya. Example mengikuti Cikal Virtuone

Comprehensive Concept: kita sebagai guru juga memahami bagaiamana sumber daya untuk pembelajaran harus dapat dimaksimalkan sesuai denga tujuan belajar siswa.

Constructive Continuity: belajar tidak hanya selesai saat kelas sudah berakhir. tapi juga harus ada feedback dari berbagai pihak untuk keberlanjutan dan evaluasi pembelajaran selanjutnya.

Challenging Choices: memilih tantangan untuk mengemabangkan diri, keterampilan dan kemampuan.

Community Context: melibatkan berbagai sumber, stakeholder, untuk membangun keberagaman sumber belejar.

- I think8 have applied Constructive Continuity and Challenging Choices. i kept learning step by step and set small targets for my study/work. i also pushed myself to take on tasks that seemed difficult at first, because i knew they would help me grow.

2. I haven’t practiced Community Context enough. Sometimes i focus too much on individual learning and forget to involve the wider community or real-world issues. next, i will try to bring more collaboration projects and real-life context into my teaching.

   try to help student identify their emotion and build their knowledge about other people emotion. So we can regulate our emotion and imply in our community.

I dont think i have done all of the 5C’s because its still processing on my daily life. But if i have to mention that i apply before is:

1. Compassionate connection

   i still try to build understandinv about my will. What i want to be and how to find my life objective.

2. Challengging choices

   Be a counselor at Cikal is my challenge in this year

--> i tend to expect employees to finish task as fast as i want them to. I also do not religiously pay sedekah.

I often seeing the big picture, acting with empathy, and considering the wider impact of your work. In daily practice, align tasks with purpose, build trust through kindness, and make decisions that strengthen both team and community.

Research and planning would be one concrete ways to apply one of the Cs in the following week.

2. Concrete step I will take is to find a teammate who shares the same perspective and then try to collaborate with them (and the uncooperative partner) in decision-making discussions.

Maka dari itu, apa yang akan saya lakukan selanjutnya yaitu dengan membuat pembahasan dengan level dasar yang dapat dikembangankan lagi oleh masing-masing murid dengan melakukan eksplorasi secara bersama (guru/sesama murid) maupun mandiri.

5C’s are too huge to imply completely because we still in the process to be someone who has “5 stars”

What is one concrete action

i will try to use challenging choices. I have a case which is need my role as a counselor to give 5 students sex education on primary. For me, give primary student sex education is challenging because i have to prepare new content that relate to them, new vocabulary, new way to communicate with them so it will fill their “curiosity” and “needs”

2. Challenging Choices. I try to make choices that are both challenging and meaningful, as I've found this is what helps me to learn more deeply.

2. Concrete action: trying my best to apply the 5Cs especially for the one that i feel i rarely apply, like challenging choices

One concrete action to start applying 5c is doing one simple thing from each of the 5c. For me, that would be:

• Compassionate connection (profiling the students that need the lab)

• Comprehensive concept (remind them why they need to apply proper lab attitude)

• Constructive continuity (collaborate with teachers)

• Challenging choices (facillitate students with different needs)

• Community context (join the school activities)

I want to improve the community context because i want to have meaningful impact to my community

I would ask my family members to walk around the house complex to stay healthy.

-> Through comprehensive concept, I have implied it on the students that I have teached by making them understand why they need to study as well as trying to make the students comprehend the learning objectives

-> Through compassionate connection, I implied it during my learning session with my students by cummunicating with them using my own way to figure what my students need since they are inclusive students whilst trying to make my student connect with each other through my programs for example by making them do a simple surveys etc.

-> Through challenging choices, I challenged my students to make their own decision on how to do something from simple things such as picking the book that they want to read as well as how they hit the balls that I threw to them using the tools that I provided.

As for myself, I have implied quite a number of 5Cs, but the one that I would like to highlight is my implication of challenging choices. I applied challenging choices by socializing with other CTM outside of PIC. This is due to the fact that it is already hard for me to socialize even when it's limited to the community which I'm already inside of. By actually socializing with other CTM which are not originated from PIC Surabaya, I applied challenging choices whilst simultaneously applying comprehensive concept and community context.

The 5Cs component that are very hard for me to apply or expand is community context since applying this on a larger scale requires me to parcipate on a certain community which exist outside of the community which I'm already in.

That’s why two-way communication is so important. It’s not just about sharing info, but also listening to what other teams need. This way, the solutions can fit better, everyone’s on the same page, and cross-division needs can be aligned.

--> Compassionate Connection terlihat ketika saya memahami kebutuhan unik anak berkebutuhan khusus dan menyesuaikan pembelajaran agar sesuai dengan kemampuan mereka.

--> Constructive Continuity saya lakukan dengan mengulang materi secara bertahap dan memberi umpan balik yang konsisten, karena ABK sering membutuhkan pengulangan dan struktur yang jelas.

Untuk diri saya sendiri, saya sudah menerapkan Challenging Choices dan Comprehensive Concept.

--> Challenging Choices karena saya berani mencoba strategi baru untuk mengajar ABK walaupun tidak selalu berhasil, tapi itu jadi pengalaman belajar.

--> Comprehensive Concept karena saya berusaha melihat kebutuhan belajar mereka secara menyeluruh, bukan hanya dari sisi akademik, tapi juga sosial, emosional, dan kemandirian.

Remembering terms, like i get the full picture but like so many terminology

Use more concrete sentences rather than terms

2. To roleplay the 5Cs because we need to understand the meaning of it and see how we will use it.

3. I think the session need to be move earlier, like maybe 5cs together with Cikal 5 Stars because its connected and would be more easy to be understand.

Challenging thing is to consciously implement/integrate the knowledge about 5Cs in how we interact and approach parents and students on a daily basis because at times we might forget and overlook them when we are actually on the field.

Challenging: apply it in the real situation

The most challenging i faced today is when deciding to chose the most effective challenging choice to the process of learning.

My suggestion to make the 5'Cs session better maybe is to make a follow up after the competencies applied.

Tantangan terbesarnya adalah menemukan keseimbangan antara memahami pengalaman sebelumnya dengan membantu beradaptasi dengan sistem yang baru, sambil tetap menjaga keadilan dan konsistensi.

Akan lebih baik jika ada lebih banyak contoh kasus nyata dari berbagai situasi, serta adanya roleplay atau simulasi agar para guru bisa langsung mempraktikkan penerapan 5Cs secara lebih nyata dan interaktif.

Saya berusaha belajar dari pengalaman mengajar sebelumnya, menunjukkan teladan sikap yang baik, seperti disiplin waktu dan menghargai orang lain.

3. Have not done enough:

Challenging Choice: I feel that I have not done enough in taking bigger responsibilities, such as being a PIC of an event. I often stay in my comfort zone and hesitate to take the challenge. I will try to build more confidence, start from taking smaller leadership tasks, and gradually prepare myself to be ready as a PIC in the future.

2. This week, I will practice Compassionate Connection by intentionally spending time to listen and appreciate my colleagues’ ideas. I will make sure to give supportive feedback so that they feel valued and encouraged.

Tapi setelah belajar dari hasil pengerjaan kelompok lain, saya mulai menangkap kata kunci2nya.

Format yang seperti ini seru dan membuat 5cs jadi lebih dipahami jadi bisa dilanjutkan.
