Vilje - Annikas vilje og motivation for at opnå målet er at hun ønsker at kunne kommunikere og lege med sine børn igen.

Vaner - For Annika er det vigtigt at få tilpasset træningen i hendes hverdag, da hun så kan få indbygget det i sine faste hverdagsrutiner.

Udøvelseskapacitet - Annika har et godt udgangspunkt i forhold til at hun ved den rette træning og vejledning, ville kunne genvinde sine funktionsevner igen.

De finder ud af, at det er en blodprop i højre side af hjernen. Da hun vågner på sygehuset har hun svært ved at føle kontrol over sin venstre side, hendes v. arm føles tung. Og hun har svært ved at finde ordene.
