One of my main goals in life is to be a writer, and Rupi Kaur is a huge inspiration to me. Her writing is raw, authentic, non-sugarcoated, and honest, which helps establish her brand identity. I aspire to be able to write about my own experiences and traumas in such a haunting, poetic way that she does while still being unique myself. Additionally, her visuals in her book's covers as well as in the pages are appealing to me as well.

Melanie Martinez is a musical artist who sings about mental health in her songs quite often. Her main appeals for my own personal brand are the value of raising awareness about mental health, and the visual aesthetics of her website. For my own personal brand, pastel colors, flowers, butterflies, and gardens would be ideal when speaking of visuals, and Melanie's brand/website most closely demonstrates what I envision in that area.
