I want our school to continue to build a community that is safe, equitable, and inclusive of all voices (staff, students, families, community). Adult and family SEL is so important to implementation, and it's so important to help all stakeholders understand SEL better. Scholars should be able to create positive memories amongst their peers, while learning and expanding their mindsets. I want our scholars to continue to share their opinions in a judgment free environment. I want our community to build more on unity and togetherness because it takes a village to really better a community. I love that our community does a great job at challenging our children to build on their empathy skills and pushing them to understand others perspectives.
