This could involve identifying target markets, setting marketing goals, developing marketing strategies, creating a content calendar, monitoring and analyzing results, and using CRM software to manage sales leads and customer interactions.
Weakness
1. Changing customer preferences: Cimory might be facing a shift in consumer tastes, with some consumers moving towards non-dairy alternatives. This can make it challenging for dairy companies to maintain their market share and attract new customers.
2. System Performance: An ERP system that doesn't match Cimory Group's business requirements might face performance issues, especially when handling substantial sales transactions.

3. User Adoption: The effectiveness of the system may be limited if staff members are resistant to embracing new technology or are not given enough training on how to use the sales marketing module.
Strength

1. Customer Relationship Management (CRM): A good CRM system is important for handling customer interactions well. It involves talking to each customer in a way that suits their likes and needs.

2. Brand Positioning: Having a noticeable brand in the market is essential. This comes from running successful marketing campaigns that help people recognize and remember the brand.

3. Challenges with the turnover of inventory or receivables can also add to operational difficulties.

2. Market Challenges: Companies may encounter difficulties due to exposure to market risks and economic downturns. The intense competition in the market can also influence a company's share in the market.

3. Regulatory Risks: Dealing with regulatory risks means handling the potential consequences of shifts in industry regulations. Companies encounter difficulties when faced with changes in the regulatory environment that impact how they operate.

Strength

1. Financial Stability: A solid financial position is indicated by a healthy balance sheet with ample assets and minimal debt. This is typically reflected in a manageable debt-to-equity ratio.

2.
