Traning and prepare for function Majlis Berbuka Puasa in BB Bistro .Theoretical and practical exposure was given to me and my friends related to the banquet and event arrangements. It started from the phase of arranging and storing. Today's event is a large-scale event involving media coverage and the marketing team of Sunway Lagoon Malaysia. For a large-scale event. such a large layout and preparations are made in advance and cooperation from all parties. Mr. Kumar as the Assistant Manager gave us exposure to how to arrange and how to deliver the meal to the guest of honor (VVIP). very valuable because it is a new piece of new and meaningful knowledge next the practices continued to the type of glasses used for each occasion.

I started work today for the Iftar Event at BB BISTRO. We were assigned to be the banquet team for Iftar. The supervisors for the Banquet were Mr. Kumar and Mr. Maran. Before starting work as a Banquet team we were given training on how to layout the basic table arrangement and concepts used. Today's theme is simple because there is no presence of a Guest of Honor (VVIP). Only the breaking of the fast ceremony without protocol. different more relaxed. Among the tasks given is to ensure the cleanliness of the dishes to be used as well as the buffet. While the equipment on the table must also be arranged according to the correct procedure

I started work today for the Iftar Event at BB BISTRO. We were assigned to be the banquet team for Iftar. The supervisors for the Banquet were Mr. Kumar and Mr. Maran. Before starting work as a Banquet team we were given training on how to layout the basic table arrangement and concepts used. Today's theme is simple because there is no presence of a Guest of Honor (VVIP). Only the breaking of the fast ceremony without protocol. different more relaxed. Among the tasks given is to ensure the cleanliness of the dishes to be used as well as the buffet. While the equipment on the table must also be arranged according to the correct procedure
