For me pedagogy is the science of teaching. In my fourth-grade class, I use various pedagogical strategies to enhance learning. I establish clear classroom rules, like raising a hand to speak, which helps maintain order. I incorporate different teaching theories: for example, I use behaviorism by giving stickers for positive behavior and good work, while constructivism comes into play through group projects where students collaborate to solve problems together, I like using tech tools like videos, online Q&As like in kahoot, etc. I also focus on cognitivism by using graphic organizers and videos since my students appear to have a visual learning style so this helps them understand new concepts. Additionally, I keep a teaching diary to reflect on my daily experiences, allowing me to identify what works well and what I can improve for better student outcomes.

I am more familiar with the constructivist theory, which consists on putting the students on the centre of the learning process, they are the protagonists of their learning process. The teacher is now just a guide for her/his students, she/he helps to orientate the learning but never tells the students how to learn. The teacher lets the students construct their own way of learning, the objective is never having the students repeating, but reconstructing the learning contents in their own way. A constructivist teacher should know their students' needs and different ways of learning and would modify the lesson plans to tailor it to the students.
