Social connections or interactions with other people are crucial for overall health.

Social relationships allow you to share your accomplishments and have support when times are tough. On the other hand, there are also some social relationships that are negative that can discourage you, damage your immune system, it also leads to alcohol consumption, smoking or self-medication against stress, this relationship is toxic.

There may be relationships through social media that can be beneficial by allowing you to stay in touch with friends and family; However, there are also problems in this type of relationship since it is not good to increase face-to-face contacts and even more so if you do not have control of the use of social networks, because spending too much time can lead to isolation. It is always advisable to surround yourself with good people and who accept us.
