My course of interest was travel and tourism. At first I entered the University and I had a campus tour and they showed us all around the university and they explained to us the accommodation in Southbank. I went to the 3rd floor to have a one to one to one of the teachers about my course of interest. After a brief explanation about the course and the modules we would be seeing I really didn’t feel that much interest for the course. I realised travel and tourism wasn’t something that I felt passion for so I decided to go in to midwifery and listen to a talk that was taking place on the ground floor. My course of interest at this University was Spanish and global communication. At the open day I was able to have a one to one with one of the teachers of this course and they explained to me that the language I choose could be learnt from scratch. At that moment I decided I wanted to learn French and Global Communication at this university.

You should:
Select a particular genre/style that you will present your audition/application material and research this analysing the key characteristics of the style – this should also refer to practitioners that inform your training. You should document your research and analysis on Padlet. Expain why you have made these decsions

Research and discuss any cultural, historical or social influences that influence your work and document these on Padlet

Discuss how you have used your research to create and present your audition material. Your research could include themes and ideas, a character profile, an analysis of the text

Include 3/4 videos of you rehearsing your audition material explaining why you have made the decisions to present and rehearse the piece in the way you have
