personal data without being authorized. Offices always have to be locked after leaving. When leaving
the computer, the respective employee has to "log out", to ensure, that before using the IT-System
again, another authorization is mandatory. 
In areas with audience traffic the monitors have to be adjusted to make it impossible for visitors to
view any data.

Information stored on paper has to be stored in a secure way.

The authentification use the combination of username and password. As far as no operationally or technically reasons contradict, the IT-department will give every user the username and password. 
The passwords need to be 8 characters long. Also the password is alphanumeric (Letters and Numbers with special characters).
As far as technically possible every employees are bound to change the initial password directly.
Use a password, that can’t be guess simply from a third person. First and last name ,birthdates or names from relatives are not a good choice. Also trivial number combinations are a bad idea.
Password should be change regulary. Used passwords are not alllowed to be used again.
