It takes about 72 hours to prepare a home for the next resident.
Does he help them get jobs to get them back onto their feet?
Yes, he provide whatever they need for them to get up again.
Once they have enough money do they leave and reuse the house?
They give them 6 months to get what they need to get back onto their feet.
