Over the past few months, since november actually, I've come to a crucial realization about my financial habits, particularly concerning my credit card usage. Initially, I used my credit cards freely, making purchases without considering the implications. I bought gadgets, clothes, and even paid for vacations, thinking little of the accumulating balance. This carefree spending led to a significant amount of debt, as I had not set a budget nor did I fully understand the impact of interest rates on my repayments.

Since realizing the gravity of my situation, I've taken several steps to address my financial woes. I've learned the importance of budgeting and started tracking my expenses, distinguishing between wants and needs.

I saved money two years ago but I bought dresses,shoes, bags and gave gifts to my family. Additionally, I went to turkey with my boyfriend in vacation and continued spending my money on things that were not necessary but I’ve seen diferents cultures in this country and I loved that, because i have learned things from them like that colombian gold is the best in the World.

This year I’ve saved again money to buy a car, because I think the car is necessary for go to the work.

I have always tried save money. Sometimes, we need to have some money saved to repair things or go out and have fun. I have been thinking that, in addition to saving money, IS good to invest in the stock market or buy shares in a company. Twenty years ago, my wife wanted to invest in cryptocurrencies, but I haven't thought about It, I prefer to have a piggy bank. She has good ideas, for example: buy dollars and check prices before buying, but I always have been more cautious than her. Since 2019 , i have had financial problems. I have continued with this problema for 4 years. Therefore, over the past month, I decided to focus on my personal finances. I have been saving for some time and was finally able to make an investment in the stock market. So far, I have managed to increase my savings by 5%, which makes me feel satisfied with my progress.

I have been researching new ways to generate passive income, and recently completed an online course on real estate investments and solidarity economy.

After taking the course, I have decided to buy an apartment that fits my needs and my long-term financial plan.

I'm waiting for one year to see how these actions can improve my financial future.

However, I have´n received any pesos yet and when I have called them they have said to me that they will pay very soon, "Don´t worry, be patient", "your money is safe" they say.

The months December, January, and February there is a lot of spent, there isn’t possible saving. On December I went of purchases with my daughter, also we went to the cinema, and with all family we went on vacation to Coveñas. The other hand, January and February I have tried save, but they are months of only spent, although I have had earnings from other jobs and I have cut down unnecessary, it is very difficult to save money. For example, today I'm going to buy my daughter's school list, yesterday was a hard day, we had that have lunch and have dinner out of home. So, is impossible investments and save on these months.

I always have trie to embark on financial journeys. At the age of 30, I tried my hand at a liquor and billiards business with a friend, but it didn't go well. The town's economic dependence off corn and cotton harvests led to significant losses during the rest of the year. These setbacks, however, learned me many lessons. Alongside my regular job, I've always found financial support in my love for music, providing stability in various aspects of my life.

I lived in rent for a long time, but since one and half yars ago my family and I moved into our home through a mortgage credit. I think that the house owner was a angel that the heaven sent us, since she did everything posible to make us the buyers. She allowed me to delay the initial down payment until six months after the bank disbursed the remaining amount. These ups and downs have made my financial story.
