Working at home is better than working in the office, it is more comfortable and less stressful, it has some useful advantages but it also has some limitations.

Working at home can help you save a lot of money, it is cheaper to work from home since you don't have to worry about transportation which is even more expensive if you don't have a car, also, lunches and other meals are cheaper if you cook them at home instead of having to buy them somewhere near the office.

In a type of work where you don't need much interaction with your coworkers, working at home is the best option because you can concentrate on your goals as long as you can keep away the distractions that may be at home.

Although it may seem complicated to get away from the office, your coworkers, and the work environment, it depends a lot on the job but working from home can be the best option as long as you can control your schedule and still perform at your job.

One advantage for the work office, is the simplicity to meetings and make a better workforce that in the home office.

Because you don't need to be stressed about the internet signal, and the noise arround you, for a zoom meeting.

In the case of an individual work, always it will be better work in a place with your own space, and maybe it was your home; but doesn't mean, that you don't need the other colleagues, to make the greatest perform like a team.

the main problem for working from home it's that the person doesn't really feel like he are in other space out of work it's supouse that home it's a rest space not a two spaces like that, other comom problem it's the miss of humman comunication it's more lonely work from home than in a work space .

in my personal opinión i don't really like work from home. but i think that one good point it's the facility to get to work easily. it's more confortable get up take a cup of coffe and get work than wake up take some to eat and get it into a crowed bus. in other way i assume other good poit to work from home it's you can work from any place you like your home or your friends home or somethig like that.

Thinking about which is better if work -office or go to the work's headquarter depends on the circumstances of each employee. circumstances like health, family, the sector where the house is located, transport and others factors.

Some people think is better work in the office because they only work the hours stipulated by the company, they don't like stay every day at home, need or want spend time with other people. Many times working from home has its disadvantages such as working more hours or there are more distractions.

In my opinion and according to my circumstances. working at home is a blessing, because I have health problems, for me is so difficult to take public transport, I love being with my pets and my family, my internet connection is good. working from home saves our money and time.

working in the office maybe is better for the company, because they can have a better enviroment of home than in a home, for example in a home there are a lot of distractions like the family an the thinks of home that must have.

Nowadays and for different factors, the place for work changes continuosly, depends of your work, you can go to the office or the heardplace or you can stay at your home, because the new normality allows development of new and diverse job.

We can think that is better work at home than work at office, but nevertheless both modalities have pros and cons.
1. Home office is more comfortable than work in an office, because you can use the best chair that you have in your house, you can drink and food what do you want, you can use some minutes for go with complete tranquility.
2. Home working is less stressful than work in an office
3. Home office maybe is more efficient than office work because isn´t neccesary to spend time traveling to the office
4. In work office you are more sociable than in home office, because you can interactive with your collegues or partners
5. Is more difficult that you can walk away to the work if you have home office because people think you are always available.

For those reasons I think that isn´t possible to define wich place is better than the other place, and depends only on each person and the possibility to make home office and normal work office

Working from home can be exhausting and maybe we can have problems of autonomy. We can speend a lot of time in a computer or in a specific proyect and affect our healt but that happen also in a workplace(face to face. Both ways can be very confortable if you are organized.

I think that for shy people or people that suffer anxiety it"s easier work from home in they own time without emotional/psychological pressures.

At home we are boss of our own time. Our own time to eat, to stretch or to go to the bathroom.

I have never work in an office so... I don"t know but I suppose that is the people and the atmosfer that it produces. With a better atmosfer maybe the shy people and anxious people can felt safe.

Remote work is my ideal job but i think for some people the principal problem for remote work is interacting in personal form with other people. Some people don’t know how to separate the private time and work time but in my case it isn't a problem.

I believe that remote work is better than office work because i don't have to stress myself out about transportation and spend a lot of time in it and that time i can dedicate to spend time with my family.

In the last two years the people must face the pandemic in many aspects, one of those was the way in which the people work. It was the necessity to change the way of working, therefore a lot of companies adopt the work from home, however there were companies which can't change their way of working. When we think in the advantages and disadvantages to working at home or office, we can find the following ideas.

In the first place we discuss that the advantages to work at office is the contact with other people, for example when we have free time and you would enjoy, you can go with the partners and make something. On the other hand working at office can be by far more stressful than working at home. The contact with the others can generate differences between the workers.

In the second place people can find benefits to work at home then they can save time moving through the city, the workplace can be more confortable. Of course they are disadvantages as the time that the people work because they don't have a daily shedule, they aren't a limit, therefore they tend to work more time.

In conclusion I think that is more important the confort with the people can work, and the time that the people can save. It is obvious that they can make a shedule that limit the work time. Also the people can be less stress at home. In this way is for me by far the work at home.

In the last two years the work model has changed. We have two models: the traditional: Office work, and the "new": Remote work. So, the first we all know them. But the second have many differences .
For example, when the people work at home (with the actual health emergency) are safe and the wellness could increase, the time with the family could be too, but, on the other side, the office work have a little but important difference: the human interaction. Before the pandemic of covid 19, people had to come to different workplaces and fulfill a certain role. But then the virus spread around the world. Now that finally we've been forced to make a choice between Home and Office work due to the pandemics, the studies, scientific or not, haven't make the people wait.

According to a poll made by Proyecto Electrica to 600 students from the National Univesity of Colombia, the virtualization has come with big issues not only technic or physical, but mainly menthal health, so we could primary infer that remote work is a Bad idea.

Nevertheless, this is just an open poll made for the Education sector, and according to global statistics, at least for technology industry, remote work increased beyond the 90% in 2020 due ti mandatory isolation, but then in 2021 it never returned to the starting point, neither close, and almost every employee prefered remote work or hybrid over office work.

Of course those statistics are never complete, and we must take in count that programmers have the best salaries and jobs in average, so they have the privilege of having a good environment in their houses. After all, I think hybrid work could be a great solution but we must know that it is not the panacea, there are always social root issues that must be taken in count.
