3. Continuous education and re-skilling will be essential for sustained success in our evolving global economy.

Students will become more of a problem solver than having to wait for the teachers because learners will now also become initiators because the teacher will allow the students to "run the classroom" . This can make the students more independent but yet know how solve problems as a team.
