TV and ad's are adjusted to target the viewers who they know get effected by them the most. The commercial not only targets the black community but effects our future. That’s when mass incarceration come in because people of color are set up for failure already they build jails for people like us. The largest race of people arrested are black/Hispanics. So yes sensationalist media coverage do contribute to mass incarceration!!!
