         <description><![CDATA[<div>Chemical Weathering is when a substance changes the physical characteristics of a rock or causes the rock to have a different chemical composition, some of the substances include water, carbon dioxide, oxygen, and acids. Limestone is a rock that undergoes chemical weathering, when raining acidic rain ( rain is naturally acidic) goes through the soil onto the limestone, then the limestone begins dissolving, causing cracks and holes to form.</div>]]></description>

         <title>Mechanical Weathering </title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Mechanical Weathering is the process of breaking big rocks into little rocks, there is no color, or chemical change involved like in chemical weathering, frost, ice, water, plant roots, and heat from the sun can cause rocks to break down. The Grand Canyon is an example of mechanical weathering, water from the Colorado river kept on pushing against the canyon making it deeper and deeper.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Erosion is the process of moving weathered rocks by natural forces, like water carrying rocks, or wind blowing them, or glaciers pushing them. In the picture below it shows a rock formation next to a beach that has been weathered away by moving water, then that moving water picked those broken rocks and "took them away." Again the Grand Canyon is an example of erosion, after the rocks weathered away, the Colorado River picked them up and took them with the river.</div>]]></description>

         <title>Deposition</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Deposition is when eroded rocks are dropped off after the pull of gravity is stronger than the force that is carrying the rocks. Erosion and Deposition happen everyday, but you can see it happen a lot in a beach area. The moving water picks up the sand when a tide goes back, then when another tide comes in, it brings sand with it and drops it off.</div>]]></description>
