Thank you for giving a large number of food references in a class I was not expecting to discuss this much food in, at all.

I have never seen an instructor so invested in examples and making sure their students understand concepts. This class has truly been an incredible experience. Thank you sir!

Literally one of the only things that kept me going through this whole semester. Those two days of your classes kept me going and looking forward to them the whole week. I have never seen such a dedicated and accomodating instructor who is this good at what he teaches. I really don't want this class to end, and if I can I would lovee love to take another class with you, Sir.

Thank you for teaching us something new every monday/wednesday but especially, for teaching us that not knowing is not something to be embarrassed about. Also, I bet there are only a handful of people who can boast of reading Faiz, watching Devil Wears Prada and discussing the Bible all in one course-- thank you for letting us be that handful.

The only thing that kept me going this semester was this course. I never thought that I would learn so much from this course. You are an AMAZING instructor, and I am so glad that I took this course. This was the only class where I felt like I genuinely learned something. Thank you for constantly reminding us that it is okay to not know things. Learning from you has been an amazing experience!!

It might sound as an exaggeration, but taking a course with you has been life changing. Beyond the pages of the readings, you've been an example of how it is to love what you teach. Your passion for your course has the potential of seeping through the zoom screens and making its way to our 4 walled rooms. You know a class has been worth while when you come out with a new lens to see what was always there. Thank you, for the countless lenses and giving us the courage to use them!

I'll only say one thing - the LDF hype is real. If anything, it should be louder than it already is. Thank you for being a wonderful teacher!

This was the only class that I actually looked forward to and was excited to attend the whole week. Thank you for reminding us what a joy learning can be. But, most importantly, thank you for your kindness, understanding, and empathy. You asking us to 'not suffer in silence' and 'if we learnt new things today' meant more than you can imagine and quite literally got me through this semester.

It was an honor to learn from an instructor so passionate about his subject and so invested in making his students learn. Sir your energy, spirit (GuIsT) and your method of teaching was my only solace in the otherwise super monotonous online class. Youve also changed the way i think about learning. I feel more confident in asking questions “there is no stupid question”

The plan for next two years at lums is pretty straightforward: to never forget this course and to recommend everyone else to take atleast one course with you at Lums.

I will always appreciate the amount of effort Professor put into making sure everyone in his class understood what he was teaching. I saw the change in the environment Sir brought when he reinforced at the beginning of the semester that making mistakes, interruptions and asking questions are encouraged. I will always hold this lesson close to my heart and hope to pass it on wherever i go!
