Case study note: A friend of mine, who has extensive experience on farms and in the medical cannabis industry recently became pregnant w/ her first child - finding herself uncomfortable working in the hot summer heat for the first time. I mentioned that Pasa and other orgs were hiring and that anyone in the field would benefit from her knowledge - she replied "I have only performed physical labor for the past 5 yrs., I don't feel qualified to look at those types of jobs."
