Be more used to asking harder /provocative questions. 

Respect confidentiality within small groups

Spirit leads us thru closer relationships and bonding in smaller groups (ie Cell Groups)

Cell groups not just about the 'fellowship ard food', place for deeper learning and understanding of scripture. 

Go out of comfort zone
Sacrifice own time for fellowship

Spend more time taking about faith

Tactful/strategic with time. Help others grow

Become better at prayer
Encourage one another
Be less passive, be more 'vulnerable'

Actively help others live more Christ like

Spend more time with church friends
