Leaders need to share (KPI expectation), but some are reluctant to share face to face, and confused how to share their knowledge to others.

Goals:

By having this platform, all binusian can share their knowledge in the form of video presentation.

Key points:

1. The minutes of video can be counted for KPI sharing time.

2. There must be a supervisor who sort out the video intakes.

3. can be integrated with Beelajar platform (as extension perhaps)

Goals : By having this app, students can feel more safe as they know to whom and how to address the problem.

Key points:

1. It needs log in, so it will use students teachers, lecturers, counsellors' database.

2. Portal for report. By sending the description, picture or screenshot when the bully happens.

3. Portal for counselling. Users can have one-on-one counselling, by making an appointment or by chat. Students nowadays are reluctant to speak directly, maybe chat will be more convenient for them.

4. Portal for knowledge. Some information about how to prevent bullying, some insightful videos to raise the awareness of bullying, etc.

Background :

Because many information can be found in the social media and also as employee we have many problems faced than can trigger to mental health problem, this solution was suggests to help employee that have mental health problems

Solution to solve the mental health problem for employee

1. It can be platform that can consult for employee mental health

3. coaching 1 on 1 employee mental health session

Problem

There is still a gap in the absorption rate of Binus graduates to become skilled entrepreneurs. PI Binus University noted that the target for graduates to become entrepreneurs 6 months after graduating is 21%. Several Study Programs experienced difficulties and were unable to achieve this target (there were even 2 Study Programs in Malang that were unable to achieve the Employment Rate on Gradation target 3 times in a row).

Ideas

1. "The Local Hub", a project targeting Binusian who will graduate and after graduating. Done 6 months before graduation and 6 months after graduation. So that the Employment Rate at Graduation can be achieved and graduates become reliable entrepreneurs with the "Local Hub" ecosystem. Local Hub is an ecosystem that brings together Binusians with their respective abilities and needs in one forum to exchange and fulfill each other (Match Making Project). This will continue until you become an alumni and return to Binus as a one stop entrepreneurship ecosystem.

   
   

2. Entrepreneur Community

   Bringing together all Binusians who are interested in becoming cross-campus Entres to share and exchange resources.

Create Psychology Services that help people in general include Binus student to have psychologycal services as needed. Such as, online counselling, tes bakat & minat and others. As a part of the counselling, the counselor can take care by student affair.

Expected Outcome:

As Binus Create need to add new services that can increase Binus income from non tuitional company and student affair needs more impact to the students about mental health.
