Being a leader in this culture and time where technology is constantly evolving and advancing, it’s extremely important that the leader be open minded and understanding to the new learning needs not only of the students but also the teachers. Teachers are constantly citing lack of access and lack of knowledge in using technology among other things, as reasons why they don’t use it (Schrum& Levin, 2015, p. 44). 

. It’s important to leverage the many technologies available to keep up with colleagues and or to connect to people who you can learn from (Schrum & Levin, 2015, p. 49).
