Genetics.
Key Assumptions (Hypothesis)
It is useful to have the ability to be vulnerable and to be able to launch at ourselves to break down any barriers. When people are more relaxed as a result, they are likely to be willing to share ideas, and also be vulnerable themselves. It is important to create a safe zone when experimenting, coming up with ideas ( no such thing as a bad idea), being willing to fail and then carrying on with the process.

2. Team member upload the photo to virtual meeting's platform to replace their profile picture. 
3. The photo can represent their stress level / mood swing (as a result of working from home) that transformed them into what they had shared in the new profile picture.
4. The participants can vote for the best photo.
