Last year we decided that all subjects should have at least one activity related with the use of ICT in the classroom: use of tablets for virtual reality, use of databes, use of Intenet to look for information, use of design software, etc.
Our regional goverment offers training and support on ICT management at schools.

We do not have external consultant. As many schools in Italy we have internal experts (1 "animatore digitale", i.e., a teacher who is in charge of ICT needs of the personnel and of the school, and a team for the innovation, i.e., other 3 teachers. These 4 teachers should develop the best strategies to implement ICT in the classroom activity.
It is quite difficult to assess the progress made. Other teachers are not interested in implementing ICT in their classroom.
In addition, we do not have a huge financial support to improve our network, our devices are not so fast, we have only one IWB, etc.

One of the ICT teachers is a coordinator. We have created an ICT planning document detecting the needs, and the improvements. We have established some indicators that we need to reach. We have a recognisement ICT level from our local government, and we need to renovate it at least every 2 years.

We're now a team of 10 teacher trying to implement ICT in every subject as an overall plan.

In our school we have a digital menthor, called animatore digitale( AD) and three digital innovation team members. They are a good support for all the teachers that use ICTs at school. Their first aim , according to the National Digital Plan( PNSD),is to stimulate the process of implemeting ICTs. All the school community is involved in that process, even the Administration employees. My Gimnasia has been selected as a Microsoft Showcase School because it demonstrates a commitment of embracing technology to transform education and improve learning outcomes for students. The ICT strategy in my school environment is established by the ICT coordinator in collaboration with the school administration and the rest of the colleagues. The ICT coordinator is in charge of defining the overall vision and plan. The process made is evaluated by the outcomes of the goals set regarding ICT use in the school. We don't have a strategy. We implement things when needed and one reason why we don't (currently) spend money (and too much time) on that is that we are awaiting for the school reconstruction. Our ICT strategy is a part of school's development plan (currently for a period 2017-2022). All the activities and investments are described and planned in more detailed in school's general work plan (period for 1 school year from 1st of September to 31st August).

In these school years, we have equipped a new computer classroom with 21 new computers. Each student has their own computer. Each classroom is equipped with a computer and smart TV. My work in Ireland is to help schools develop Digital Learning Plans using our new national Digital Learning Framework. Schools first plan what they want to do and establish a vision. They are asked only to think about the infrastructure once they have done this. Learning and pedagogy comes first. The schools then fit the infrastructure to this.

The Curriculum, developed by the Government has given importance to the use of ICT in all subjects, and improving digital literacy in our students. However, then it is up to the school to cater for its provision also in terms of funding. In my school, the ICT and computer studies teachers suggest to the Head of School on what may be necessary, it is then the Senior Managment Team that decide together on what ICT infrastructure is needed. However there are no ICT strategies. On the other hand our school is equipped with Wifi all over the school, interactive white boards in every classroom, and two well-equipped computer labs.

If you think about how we use ICT responsible in school, and the way in which are planned the ICT or IT lesson, we have national curriculum on every level from 5th to 12th grade. If we want to make activity which is not in the curriculum, like microsoft educator academy activity (minecraft, hour of code skypethon) we can do it without any problem in classroom, or in labs

.....I am very interesting while reading experiences and defined strategy, so I can write that my school have strategy, when we find money we establish something new. In my school we have two classrooms , one for my hours in education and work and other which use other teachers when they need. Every classroom in our school is equipped with Wifi all over the school, interactive white boards in four classrooms, many teachers want to use ICT strategy but they need more experience at it and need help to find new ways in teaching. The use of technology in the classroom has given education a new lease of life allowing us to approach old ideas in new ways, so we need more educations.... and this one will bring something new to me. There's no formal ICT strategy as such, and no future plan of how ICT should look like.But, this newly started (on national level) pilot-project "e-Schools" is moving things to the right direction.
For the needs of the project, we've formed an "e-Learning Team", which involves STEM teachers (12) and others (10-15), more experienced in using IT. But, it's aimed towards new ways of improving education, not ICT .

Headmaster tries her best to buy as many projectors and laptops but that is far from idela situation that she wants to have: at least one laptop and projector per classroom. There is a document called School ICT Plan which was written a few years ago. The way I see it, it is just a piece of paper as everything depends on money. When there is some money left or there are projects, the school buys what is needed at that moment (new projectors, IB boards etc.)

In my school, that I am aware of, there is no ICT strategy converted into a document but things were implemented in order to promote access to a variety of services using information technology. The government implemented a program to renew some schools and ours was one of them, so now the school is entirely new and everything was contemplated such as a network made from scratch with more than 200 computers. The website was made by teachers but management not always require or suggest changes so things just carry on and sometimes the information available is not accurate. If something needs to be repaired, the school management calls an IT technician who usually works with our school to help solve things quicker.

In our school we don't have a digital menthor, we just follow a specific team within Directorate-General for Education is in charge of designing, developing and evaluating initiatives and projects related to the use of digital tools and resources in education. It fosters the effective use of computers and the Internet by all educational agents (students and teachers alike); we have defined our own ICT strategy based on our curriculum. The overall vision and planning is done be each individual school in our country depending on the way they prioritise the use of ICT to enrich and reinforce learning in the classroom. It is my responsibility to keep informed of new technology and pedagogies and use this to inform practices. I have been very lucky to engage with a group of like minded educators who form the CESI group - educators from primary, secondary and colleges who share their methodologies and skills. Our plan is ever changing as we continue to adapt our resources to meet the needs of our students. Ten years ago, the government implemented a program called the e-school technological plan that consisted of equipping schools with computers and interactive whiteboards as well as encouraging students and teachers to join the program. Subsequently, secondary schools were renovated and rehabilitated in order to equip classrooms with the necessary technology. Unfortunately, it was not possible to implement in all schools, only some schools were contemplated, of which my school was not. In my school, the headmaster and I lead the ICT strategy. Monthly, on teacher council, we encourage all the teachers to share their ideas for next semester, what new implementations they would like. We make decisions based on their ideas and wishes, my technical knowledge whether it is possible or not, and finally headmaster’s assessment based on financial possibilities. We have yearly self-evaluation of all projects in the school, ICT is one of the modules that we evaluate, and each year we have different evaluating team.

I forgot to mention that we are school with modest, but our own incomes, which is not so usual in Croatia, so we have financial possibilities for development.

There is a national strategy in Ireland which informs best practice. Each school develops an e-learning plan outlining the digital skills which we think should be taught in different stages. Interested schools may apply to the department of education to become digital schools of distinction. This e-learning plan is revised every 3 years, and upgraded on an ongoing basis. Ideally, the school would have a committee but in our own situation, the committee is made up of the principal, myself and our outside adviser. The school system (chain of school joint committee) took the decision to trial a BYOD project and this was followed by positive feedback and the promotion of such a project for the senior cycle of the school. At this moment all senior students have a device in class to use for note taking, research, group work. The project is assessed by teacher reviews and feedback from the student council. ICT is taught as a compulsory topic for the junior cycle of the school but becomes optional as of the 4th year.

In india we are using ICT in our class room. most of the subject is required small amount of ICT in their teaching and learning experience.

My school are growing every year. My school is new, it has only 10 years and year after year we grow up until the 12th grade. Now we have 8th grade so every year is challenge. We are building a new campus wich will have a capacity to 1400 students. Me, another person and a external company are designing the new infrastructure since the beginning, but all years I reflect on the needs of acquiring new equipment, software... and the needs of the teachers to use technology in their classes. 3D printer, robots.....Our CEO gives a general vision and the strategy for the school and together we have to plan and reflect every year. The progress this year was amazing because the teachers can work with all the applications they want. iTunes U, MineCraft Education Edition, Arduino, google tools, ..... If they have internet to work with the students they are happy and I am happy as well. We have computational thinking since the 1st grade (6years). Computational thinking is a subject involves, information technology, digital literacy and computer science. We, because I'm a teacher too, work with other teachers and subjects and integrated CT curriculum with mats, history, sciences....All years CT curriculum is reviewed and updated. We have in each campus a iPad coach (rider teacher) to "teach" other teachers implements the project 1:1 and teach how to use the device for students learning. We have 3 CT (computational thinking) teachers for all the primary, preparatory and secondary school.

In 2015 the national digital school plan (PNSD) indicated the modality and provided the opportunities for digital innovation in education, proposed methodological-didactic challenges for teachers, and organizational challenges, for
school leaders and administrative staff. In my school, teaching innovation started before 2015 but with the PNSD we could improve even further.
The head of the ICT strategy is the Headmaster. With him collaborate trained teachers (Digital Animator, Teachers of the Innovation Theme), passionate teachers, internal technicians and external consultants.
In my school the wired learning network infrastructure and the WiFi network infrastructure were enhanced. Each classroom and all the common areas are equipped with a teacher's workstation and a video projector or LIM and students can use their device and connect to the WiFi network for Internet access and the GSuite institutional platform. 4 special classrooms have been created with flexible furniture (tables and chairs with wheels), each with 2/3 projectors or 2/3 large screens
The teachers can use their own device connected to the WiFi network or they can work in the laboratories and common areas equipped with computers and printers but they can. Teachers can produce multimedia content, I can use them in their lessons and share them with the students. Even social networks, like Twitter and Facebook, are used in teaching.
All teachers have been trained to use the technologies and have acquired some digital skills. Even the students, according to DigComp 2.1, acquire and consolidate digital skills.
