 We needed to continuously change our revenue tactics, adapting to various realities. Initially , we were a startup. We had come to potential customers and declared:"Trust me, cellular service is the future!
I started playing sports frequently just under two decades ago. Before that, I was far from sports whatsoever. When I chose to try long-distance jogging, I moved to a running club to get a two-month training course for your own half-marathon. I've two semi-marathons in my account, a 10 km run and over-fulfilled my speed programs. Now I really do fitness 5-6 times every week: 3 conducting training sessions for 10 km in the park, 3 intensity training sessions in the gym. I have made"directly" friends and distance from the"wrong" ones, since HPL and athletics are contagious. We're blessed, because sport is booming. "The Blame' for this is equally the incidence of social networks along with also the catastrophe, which forced people to rethink the balance of life and work in favour of health and the adept marketing of sport brands and running schools.
Then the market took a major jump in engineering, then we needed to learn to work with clients who thought that"we know technology better than ever before". We've enlarged. Besides application development, an automation program has been introduced. We had to understand how to sell an even more complex product: the competition in this market is greater, there are dozens and dozens of times more queries and understanding.During this moment, roughly 15 individuals worked in our division - and a couple more who comprehended in a few days that this job was not due to him. We experimented a whole lot with team building, motivation, management and customer services. We finally have a great number of products available on our website for all needs, from house to beauty and health products. I am employed as a worldwide trading system, which began running in Lithuania on 20 September 2017 in https://zeon.lt  - sales manager. I have been working with this platform since its foundation. I was the first and only sales manager at the beginning. Since the amount of consumers and also our recognition improved, so did the staff. The sales manager had been substituted by a department that I headed.
