It is also possible to have a matrix organizational structure but this is less common.<br><br>-On the other hand a team structure must be less hierarchical, share the leadership, and be more fluid than traditional structures<br><br>-A network structure has little bureaucracy and features decentralized decision making. Managers coordinate and control relations both internal and external to the firm.<br><br>- A  modular organizational structure is where a business has areas or departments that can be easily separated from the company without hurting the company as a whole<br><br><br></div>]]></description>
