In the book her problem was so bad that it gave her nightmares until they started having music class with Ms. twinkle who name turned out to be long and named after a flower. Everyone thought Ms. Twinkle was awesome despite her name so they did not make fun of chrysanthemum. The main character is Auggie and he has a deformed face. when Auggie goes to a real school for the first time in fifth grade and everyone is mesmerized and very transfixed when they see him.
