We created a Google Slide presentation that we emailed out to parents. The presentation included some general information, the time schedule for the evening, welcome video messages, and links to our teachers' team pages and to teachers'  Google Meet links for the parents to log onto to for an information session from each of their child's teachers.

This is an example of how technology helped turn a challenge into an opportunity. We are currently working on updating this site to include all staff and keep it current in conjunction with resuming in-person tours.
