We’ve seen speeches where an illustrator draws while the speech is happening - could we incorporate that?


Could we arrange a huge book swap? Students/adults can donate a book and receive a token to choose a different one


Stalls selling affordable second hand books - can we get local libraries and second hand book shops involved? This might encourage/motivate some of the lowest 20%
