Additionally, beside vaccinating, the government should implement more stringent measures of preventing covid-19 plus enormous fine for violating the law. Once every single individual raises their awareness of wearing mask and keeping distance from other people, the case of Covid-19 is forecast to plummet remarkably in the near future. In terms of the aforementioned strategies, the authorities won’t have to concern about the detrimental effects to the economic growth anymore.

In conclusion, closing border is not the most optimal way to put an end to the pandemic when the more essential action to tackle this issue is to get vaccinated and raise people’s awareness.

On the one hand, by limiting foreigners visiting a country, it would be easier for governments to tackle the disease because it will only be restraint within inner citizens. Evidently, when there are less or even no visitors coming from outside the country, the head of the country could easily locate the start of the outbreak with exact information of those who caught covid. Moreover, by lessening the number of visitors, the government won't have to deal with them if they ever get caught covid. Since the pandemic has heavily degraded the economy, both money, food and aid must be distributed evenly so that the whole country can escape from the crisis and prosper again. The support for if ever a foreigner have covid could be used to the own country's civilian.

On the other hand, vaccination and people's own responsibility could be a superior choice to this dilemma. Despite the side effects that the vaccine could cause, it would effectively limit the covid cases and death and the spread of it. While there are other several ways of dealing with this problem, without one consciousness and responsibility then those solutions would hardly be successful. When people can acknowledge their part and contribution to the society, then they themselves could figure out the right idea to benefit the society as well as other well-beings.

In conclusion, while closing a border could be a practical solution to the pandemic, still it is not the most optimal way to deal with the issue. The rational and better way is through vaccinations and everybody's awareness.

As a result, the trading activities and the economy can be affected negatively. Secondly, closing borders for a long period of time may reduce the attractiveness of the countries with foreign investors. Hence, the local economy and the labor market are also influenced detrimentally.

On the other hand, there are many other measures that are optimal to cope with this situation. The governments should spend the financial resources in order to vaccinate all citizens. Hence, the immune ability of people can be accelerated, and they can minimize the risk of being infected. Besides, social distancing is also a good solution. This measure also helps the authorities to control the disease locally. With two solutions above, I believe that many countries can prevent COVID-19 effectively, even though they do not close their borders.

In conclusion, my stance is that shutting the borders is not the best way to prevent COVID-19, as it has many negative effects on the economy and the labor market.

In addition, governments need to put into operation some stringent laws on violating regulations. The situation manifests itself starkly in the case of wearing masks, if everyone aware of the importance of wearing masks when they go outside, the cases will remarkably diminish. 

In conclusion, regardless the advantages of closing boundary, there are many more optimal ways to solve this pandemic and the primary key is to get everybody vaccinated. 

 On the hand, with the limitation of just preventing outside factor, there are also many methods that can be taken into account. The most outstanding measure is to implement stringent laws for their citizens ranging from fining them heavily if not wearing masks and so on to restrict the transaction with one another. As a result, the cases of covid 19 would be on significant decline. Another alternative is to launch campaign involving around the paramount of importance to prevent covid 19 from exerting an adverse bearing on health. This would prompt people to deal with the recurring problem by reduce their time of going out, their wearing mask.

 

In summary, blocking the borders may work to a certain degree but is by no means the best way to improve the safety of road-users. Other viable measures include prompting people to protect themselves against the negative effect.

In short, when close borders, the government can prevent their citizens from being infected. However, this is not the best way to deal with the Corona pandemic, because there are more detrimental consequences to the nation when the border is shut down, regarding the economy. There will be no commodities trading, which affects the government coffer of the country and the ability to maintain the nation's fundamentals such as food security and healthcare.

On the other hand, from my perspective, border closure is not the best way to deal with the COVID-19 pandemic because there are others that can yield the same efficiency. Firstly, the authorities can still open borders, however, parallel with stringent regulations to the imports. Regarding humans, anyone who comes into the country must be tested negative for COVID 72 hours prior to the arrival date, which ensures that there will be no outbreak due to foreign virus hosts. For the commodities, it must be sanitized carefully at the arrival location to prevent any virus lurking behind the commodities. Secondly, on a more important note, the government ought to spend money and effort on forcing citizens to vaccinate. This does not make them invulnerable to the virus, but prevents citizens from being severely infected by the Coronavirus, since the vaccine enhances an individual’s immune system.

In conclusion, I subscribe to a view that border closure is not the best way to deal with the COVID-19 pandemic because there are other methods that can result in the same efficiency particularly, strict restrictions to importers and the goods as well as vaccination for citizens.
