         <description><![CDATA[<div>In the morning - <br>Hotel - working for school<br>Little tour on the snow<br>Afternoon - Anatolia <br>Communication with our students:<br>How schools communicate with students in difficulties/dropouts?<br>- organisation of an unit showing the risks of absenteeism;<br>- school polities to promote one positive atmosphere;<br>- with parents: activities to enroll their children in a satisfy schooling;<br>- with teachers: create an effective communication;<br>- with students: tutorial program with an adored teacher.<br>Some proposals were presented by the trainer Shazci to do with students when they return to school.<br>Role play/case study - some experiences in Portugal, Germany, Spain and Romania;<br>Shazci proposal: show successful stories! <br>Hot chocolate river and M&amp;M -  strategies to improve the confidence<br>Homework:<br>I am talkative and truthful.<br>The others find me frendly<br>I want responsability<br>I can be a better person<br>Sometimes the others don't understand me or they say I'm a dreamer<br>My mission is to lead by the example and to help my students and their families<br>I'm in peace when I did my best, even if that has no positive results.<br><br>In the evening<br>I went to Tour Eiffel to have some photos...It was so cold that I returned to hotel few minutes later.</div>]]></description>
