How schools communicate with students in difficulties/dropouts?
- organisation of an unit showing the risks of absenteeism;
- school polities to promote one positive atmosphere;
- with parents: activities to enroll their children in a satisfy schooling;
- with teachers: create an effective communication;
- with students: tutorial program with an adored teacher.
Some proposals were presented by the trainer Shazci to do with students when they return to school.
Role play/case study - some experiences in Portugal, Germany, Spain and Romania;
