Thanks to the Climate Cares team for being part of such a meaningful resolution at the World Health Assembly. "The Climate Change and Health Resolution, which was co-sponsored by the UAE and builds on the COP28 UAE Declaration on Climate and Health, has been adopted at the 77th World Health Assembly! This outcome is testament to the efforts at COP28 - which put health at the heart of climate discussions for the first time with the first day and ministerial dedicated to health." Our Omnia El Omrani is a Health Envoy for COP28 and had a key role in making this happen: Dr Omnia El Omrani, Climate and Health Policy Fellow at Imperial College London and COP27 Youth Envoy.
