In my opinion, the leader should be in the vantage point of looking something from the top. If so, the leader can listen to the teammates from different perspectives, and form the whole blueprint.<br>3. The leader should be able to look beyond the mere facts surrounding the task, utilising information from the crew members.<br>4. 옥나향, byungin kim, Obama - soft leaders<br>kim yunkoung, donald trump - extroverted leaders<br>5. I respect Mamamoo's leader, Solar. She is 단짠단짠, so when they have to accomplish a certain thing, she becomes charismatic, but when Mamamoo needs emotional rapport or support, she becomes a soft leader. I think most of the leaders that I respect are like Solar(both charismatic and soft depending on the situation).</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. I think what they have in common is that they all are dealing with certain natural characteristics.<br><br>2. I'd like to discuss it through this topic: Leadership from the bottom and from the top. When we see leadership from the bottom, we can see that all power comes from each of us. It can be seen that leadership and power are not external from us, but what we all make, and from this point of view, leadership can be evaluated as cooperation and something that promotes cooperation. However, if we see leadership from the top, power becomes an entity and people become objects. If that happens, leadership becomes a means to use people, and their individual dignity loses value.<br><br>3. Of course, leader should also be able to&nbsp; correct false judgments , and in fact, most people think like that. However, leader's strong subjectivity can rather become a threat to the group. Leaders should sometimes be able to sacrifice their opinions.<br><br>4. I'd like to talk about&nbsp; the last presidential election in the United States. There were two candidates with quite different images. And the current president of the United States became Biden. In fact, one of the reasons Trump lost even though many people expected Trump to be re-elected was because of COVID-19. COVID-19 was not a negotiable target for him. From this, we can see that it is foolish to determine the absolute advantage. What the times demand will eventually be the answer to the times.<br><br>5.<br>Respecting people actually means that they have touched the essence of us. And in this perspective, the answer to this question is to be biased toward a person with soft leadership. People with strong leadership are stimulating, but they do not touch the essence of us. However, people with soft leadership can. And my answer is, President Roh .. Of course, opinions on this are divided. However, if I had to choose one of the leaders who left a resonance for people, I would say that person.</div>]]></description>

First, there is a type of leaders who exactly ’lead’ the group of people, standing in front them. They usually view their team members as their followers and make some strong claims to make people follow the direction which the leaders, themselves, believe right. The second type of leaders is the people who prefer to being among the group members. They usually don’t really set the direct for their group members but thinking themselves as one of the members of group, just read the members need, and sympathize with them. The last one is to support their members, being behind of them. Leaders who lead multiple members should have the ability to look at the team from various angles and perspectives. On the one hand, leaders must embrace the members with a warm heart. On the other hand, I think the leaders should be strict and serious so that it can develop in a better direction.<br><br></div><div>&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>3. I think flexibility, confidence, and the ability to communicate with members in various aspects are important.<br><br></div><div>&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>4. It means that leaders should see all aspects of her or his organization and think at various positions. At some situations, leaders should lower their position and listen carefully for their employees and make them free and creative. But at some situations, they should have charisma that can command some important decisions like in case of bankruptcy crisis. &nbsp;<br><br>3.
