It can be seen that leadership and power are not external from us, but what we all make, and from this point of view, leadership can be evaluated as cooperation and something that promotes cooperation. However, if we see leadership from the top, power becomes an entity and people become objects. If that happens, leadership becomes a means to use people, and their individual dignity loses value.
