If I were you, I'd study for two hours whenever I could, resting so I wouldn't get overwhelmed. And when I'm done studying, I exercise to tire myself out so I can rest better since you're more tired.

Another option would be to go to a dark place without noise or electronic devices, relax, or put on relaxing music.

Also, before bed, you can do a quick review, then have a hot drink so you can relax and sleep without any electronic devices around.

If you have a lot to study, you can study 2 or 3 hours a day and take a 10 or 15 minute break between hours, to eat and drink something. If you need to rest, you can also sleep for 20 or 30 minutes betwen hours. It is always good to do sport, so after studying you could go for a run or do some exercise to clear your mind or to tire yourself out more so you can sleep better at night, and thus rest much better. Moving not only improves your health, but also helps you relieve tension. You can also divide your study sessions and avoid leaving everything until the last moment. Having an organized schedule reduces anxiety and improves both your concentration and your rest. Then at night after dinner, before sleeping, you could review for 15 minutes. And if you have to study throughout the week, you could leave yourself 1 or 2 days to rest, do sports, or simply sleep or do something you enjoy.
