I started on this special education certification path after going through the identification and IEP process for my youngest son, Mason, who has a reading disability. I have a natural propensity to help people. I knew by working with my son that I wanted to help other children and their parents, along this challenging journey. I bring a calm, understanding and humorous nature to situations that often times need that extra attention and warm disposition.
