         <description><![CDATA[<div>The key items I have learnt around why change management is important is that businesses need to implement change to improve how their employees feel and increase their own performance. Change is required to give customers a positive experience which assists the business with profitable growth. Change management increases engagement among employees and minimises resistance as employees understand more about the 'why'. Change management also ensures there is 'buy in' and the change is lead from the top leaders. </div>]]></description>
