  • Your body is facing the direction of the target.
  • You step forward with the opposite foot of their tossing arm
  • You extend your non-tossing arm towards the target
  • You use a pendulum arm motion with your tossing arm
  • You lead the toss with the wrist of your tossing arm.
  • Your arm follows through with an upward motion toward the target.
