The Europeans brought wheat, barley, bananas, and sugar cane to the New World. This was helpful to the Native Americans as it gave them more types of plants to use and consume while more land became farm land because of increasing populations (European ones at least) and new plants available. The plants didn't perform well in the beginning, but soon they adapted and flourished. They became good cash crops and fed large populations in the Americas.

Horses, cows, and pigs, were all brought to the new world. The pigs ate iguanas, shellfish, sweet potatoes that they never had seen before and the pigs thrived in the wild; cattle took to grasslands more lush than in the old world; horses also underwent massive population explosion in the wild due to abundance of grasslands. Of course this disrupts the local animals, iguanas and bison both suffered population decrease because of the pigs new diet and the Native Americans' use of the horse
