Artice 4- Do mobile devices in the classroom really improve learning outcomes?

topic- Are teachers allowing students to use their phones in class for work a good idea.
Source-https://theconversation.com/do-mobile-devices-in-the-classroom-really-improve-learning-outcomes-38740
Who- Teachers and Students
What- The story tells that if the teacher lets kids use phones at some point in class eventually the kids will feel comfortable using their phones whenever they feel like.
When- Now
Where- School in the United States
Why- this story is important because school systems are failing more often and this could be part of the reason why. If students are more focused on their phones then taking notes or doing worksheets then it causes them to fail and the more kids that fail, make the school fail. Also if teachers are on their phones then the students might also pull their phones out and play and then nothing gets done because the teacher also falls behind and then the teacher gets in trouble and gets fired.
Connect- This article relates to me because I have ADHD and I get distracted very easily and if I even just feel my phone vibrate I get distracted and want to check it, so if I have my phone out in class I really never pay attention.
