You really guided us through the process that you use with your students. Lots of scaffolding and opportunities for discussion. I can see how there's accommodations for a variety of learning abilities. The still images along with video and sound encourage us to use our senses. 
I really liked seeing the student work. It shows how students are engaged in the learning experiences you provide.

What especially stood out was your deliberate use of color coding and glad strategies to support your students. That takes time, and consistency, but the pay off is clear. I would see how much easier it would be to follow the ideas, even with limited academic English, since everything has a color-coded tie-in back to the anchor chart. Love it! The book journey is also great, because it does not have any words, so the students get to use their own voice to create something they can be proud of, an share with others. If they lke the book, they get to ADD TO IT, which is so inspiring. So positive, and awesome. I went through GLAD training just last year and to see a well put together unit that follows much of what GLAD asks of us is awesome.  I also use a plot graph like yours, but mine is so sterile, I love how yours is dynamic and connected to something kids will remember.
