the refinement of Cikal’s curriculum is a good strategy because it helps teacher to identify the competencies the students achieve.

If I can collaborate with different communities to exposed the students and tell them we can work with everyone to create good impact.

I feel. Saya merasa saya mendapatkan banyak sekali insight, namun karena sangat banyak informasi yang saya dapatkan saya perlu untuk mencerna dan mereview kembali materi yang sudah disampaikan.

I wonder. Saya berharap materi krusial seperti ini bisa diberikan sambil melakukan simulasi agar pemahaman yang saya dapatkan lebih holistik.

aku berharap pengalaman yang didapatkan hari ini bisa membangun kembali semangat-semangat yang mulai meredup dengan mengingat diri kita sebagai seorang pembelajar sepanjang hayat.

Saya berharap setelah kegiatan ini, saya bisa jauh lebih baik lagi dan lebih tahu apa yang harus dilalukan dalam mencapai kompetensi yang perlu saya miliki.

I feel full and want to learn again about this competencies, how i execute this competencies at Cikal School if i become an CTM, how i tell or talk to parents about their children's competencies and find solutions together about how we should do it to improve their children's competencies.

I wonder if i become an CTM, how i should prepare myself to observe students and make a checklist of their competencies, what should i do first to do this more effectively and efficiently so me as an CTM, students, and also parents can understand about the reports that i make

I feel grateful and inspired for this session, because of the new knowledges that were shared by the speaker

I wonder if there are in depth session of "personalized vs differentiated" and more discussion of study cases to enrich our perspective of problem solving

I feel so enlightened about new refinement curriculum. I just need time to absorb all the material that I received today. It gives me sense of eagerness to learn more about all those dimensions and new competencies.

I wonder if I can start learning about new competencies and dimension in order to write a better and detail report for my student. Also developing my ability and confidence to contribute more to certain community, especially cikal community partner.

I feel = mencoba memahami dan mengimplementasikan kurikulum cikal untuk di aktualisasikan dibdalam proses pembelajaran. Hari ini saya mendapatkan pencerahan yang sangat berharga untuk dapat lebih memahami kompetensi dan dimensi pada kurikukulum cikal.

I wonder = saya masih merasa harus menggali lagi untuk pendalaman personalisasibdan diferensiasi dan mengembangkan kompetensi-kompetensi yang saya miliki.

But now, I feel I'm better at understanding Cikal’s Curriculum.

I wonder more explanation, discuss, and practice for teachers about how to implementing Cikal’s Curriculum.

I feel more confident from today’s sharing session. In a way that I know next time I meet new parents, they will be convinced.

I wonder what (other) events/activities we can offer to (specifically) new parents, so they would really understand what is Cikal’s value proposition.

I feel happy about this training day where everyone can be foccused and be respected when we talk about the topic we all familiar with and learn together about what we knew, what we don't know and what we prepare for the next new academic year.

I wonder of what and how it will be affected in our students and all cikal team member about this refinement and how we as a ctm especially a teacher about how we do pcc on the next term with our supervisor that talking about our career path and any other contribution we can give.

I feel like this session has made me gain more insight on how to make a well-driven rubrics based on the indicators provided in each competencies.

I wonder getting more insights and practice to implement the refinement cikal curriculum.

I feel more enlightened about 'how' and 'why' things work in this community. I feel empowered, moreover as a life-long-learner, that sometimes a teacher is not an absolute 'teacher', that it's okay to still learn, that learning is actually our space to grow, and that growing doesn't have a limit.

I wonder how far will the Cikal community go to develop their environmental-friendly and sustainability aspects through their learning acts. How far will Cikal take their responsibility in building a 'greener' generation and community?
