MALAYSIAN ASSOCIATION OF HOTELS (MAH) was established in 1974. Since its inception, MAH has constantly enhanced the hotel and tourism industry by integrating member hotels throughout Malaysia. To date, MAH has over 1,000 members under 13 chapters and partnerships with both the private sectors and Government agencies such as the Ministry of Tourism. -E-wallet like GrabPay, Boost and Touch ‘n Go are currently a total of 46 official e-money issuers regulated by Bank Negara Malaysia.

-From the 46 only 5 of them are banks the rest are all non-bank organisation.

-It is possible to deposit or withdraw your money from an e-wallet but not all transactions are online.
-Not all places we can use e-wallet for example some grocery stores do not provide online payment methods.
-There is always wastage due to payment through fingertips because of shopee and Lazada

Solution to weaknesses

-Only use e-wallet when you don’t have cash money .

-Try to bring your cash money while going to supermarket to makesure you can make a budget before buying.

-If we use applications to buy a product we need to minimize for only basic needs.

We are short in workers so delivery processes might be longer.
We will issue this problem to the headquarters for recruit new worker
