The community model helps support flexible learning by students being able to learn more in one area they are lacking in rather than extra minutes in something they know.

For 6th, project based assignments in Global Perspectives helps with critical thinking and independence.

Using learning zones to help students pivot easier from subject to subject.

More instruction and less hindrance on current technology.

1.Majority of the careers we are teaching towards do not exist currently. Builds sel skills, problem solving, collaboration with team mates.

2. Project based learning, choice boards, presentations. Student teachers, buddy system. Having a student more shy or more independent than others.

3.Students needing to speak up when they have an idea, if they need help with something.

4.Working with Ai, technology over workbooks, focusing on project based learning over worksheets
