Job Description- Are you ready to take responsibility to take care of hygiene? As a sanitation worker at Maple Leaf Consumer Food your primary resposibilities include cleaning and maintaining hygiene standards in production areas.

Task may involve sanitizing equipments with high pressure hoses as well as using strong chemicals and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. You have to use cleaning agents, follow safety rules and eight steps of SSOP and sanitation. Contribute in sanitary production environment and support overall food quality and safety. Mainly you need to wash the lines everyday after production with the following steps of SSOP which refers to as

• Dry pick-up

  • Preparation

  • First Rinse

  • Foam and Scrub all the equipments

  • Apply chemicals where required

  • Post rinse

  • Self-inspection

  • Flat Sanitize

  • Pre-op
