A2: Annual LNA exercise will give us a better idea of the types of programs that are in demand, if these are new programs not offered, we can see if PWC can convert these into inhouse programs that can be delivered by PWC. Selling of the Digital Literacy Programs developed by PWC by converting them in 1/2 day virtual programs that we can sell to IHHSG, IHHMY etc. since these are popular and desirable programs for most staff. To do more hard selling of the existing leadership & management programs to encourage more uptake and enrollments. Limiting constraints getting enough participants and trainers.

In the future, we can offer a comprehensive LNA consultancy service for other regional IHH markets. We can then use the information and knowledge to also build up the PWC short courses and programs. As consultancy service we can charge for this service as well annually or bi-annually. This will support and position more strongly PWC as the regional academy of learning for IHH Healthcare.

A3: WSQ Certifications will help us support the design, development and delivery of programs in the near future. This will increase the number of competent trainers available in the pool.
