According to 21st century skills, integration of technology to teaching and learning process is very useful. As teachers, we can increase students' motivation to process.

2- I think the most important idea is collaboration. If we can provide interaction between the teacher and students, the whole teaching and learning process will be more effective. We can provide feedback easily.

3- My colleagues are good at their profession. They had interesting and creative ideas. They were very energetic during peer and team activities. *contexts are ready,
*it saves time us during the activities,
*It is managable and followable easily,
*The courbooks' levels are mostly suitable for students' level.

2-On the other hand the value of authentic listening is that
*it is effective for lower levels,
*it is more useful for the learners' daily life,
*it helps preparing learners' for the real life communication,
*learners can guess vocabulary from context due to understanding the language,
*they can learn various idioms and slangs.

3-I can develop more active listening skills in my class that
*I can choose and use some web2.0. tools to make enjoyful my lessons,
* I teach my students a song and they can learn and sing it,
* I can request them role-play,
*I can ask open-ended questions, summarazing or paraphrasing

2-Major challenges of my learners are that
When they start to listen, they says that they can’t understand the speakers directly, i need to move on step by step.
The other point is the lessons have limited time, so it is restricted to do various activities.

*Using web0.2 tools like Talkenglish, flipgrid, clarisketch,
*Using station technique, creating paperslides.

It is enjoyable for students. They have chance for doing activities.
It is relaxing for teachers to manage the teaching and learning process. 
It is collaborative for teachers,students and parents. Each one will be active in F.L. Process.

2- Certainly, yes I have some of them. 
The first one is some students’ lack of interest. They should take responsibility if they want to learn more. The other is parents should follow their childrens’ tasks. And the last one is important; it is about lack of technology problem. Most of the students don’t have internet connection or technological devices at their home. We can use F.L. without technology but it may be limited to enrich the lessons. 

3- My colleagues would like this idea. This idea can give them new ideas and activities to use in their teaching and learning process. So they can get rid of some monotonousness during class time. Because it is a traditional approach. It is based on the top-down theory. The principles of this approach are generally used in the classes where the main target is to teach grammar structures. For instance, these principles are convenient for the classes that grammar-translation method is applied. In this method, the teacher is more active than the students. So it provides easy classroom management for the teacher. 

2- Implicit(inductive) way as a process where learners discover the grammar rules themselves by examining the examples. In a inductive approach it is also possible to use a context for grammar rules. That is to say, learners explore the grammar rules in a text or an audio rather than isolated sentences. So it is learner-centered process. It is more meaningful for the students. It is also a difficult way of teaching grammar. Because the students should be more active. So, as English language teachers we have some problems with that. 

3- I think, the others would like to change something to make different. 


4- I can make communicative through drama, role-play, using jigsaw tecnique, discussion, ranking. I think we should this more than explicit teaching. Knowing a word is not easy as we think. We can’t learn all the words immediately. It takes time, we shouldn't judge them too soon as a teacher just because they didn't learn all the words We have given. 2-) I am anxious, at the same time excited because i need to be organizing ;on the other hand, i will share my experiences, ideas what i have learnt in Erzurum. 

3- There are some new networks for me, EBA’s live/online tranings part. The others canva’s presentation part and genially. 

4- This is great opportunity to talk similar issues in the same region so we need to support and motivate each other at first. 


5-Still, i have same questions;
How can the meetings will conduct? Is it compulsary to conduct the meetings Face-to-face? Is it possible online sometimes?
